I purchased a copy of Bitdefender Total Security 2024, Multi Device 10 Devices 2 Years from Blitzhandel24. I have been using Bitdefender for a good few years and they do offer some reasonable discounts when renewal is due. However, they no longer allow you to append your new purchase to the existing antivirus subscription. Rather, they simply say that your new cover starts as soon as you download it! In my case I could have easily, effectively lost about 2 months of antivirus cover if I'd not read the small print! That smacks of Sharp Practise to my mind, aiming to catch out the unwary, but I do like their product. By using Blitzhandel24, I could purchase the updated software when I wanted to and it's not until you actually activate it, with the new Key Code that the new subscription starts. That is a big plus in my opinion. I also liked that I could buy a subscription that covered 10 devices for 2 years. I wasn't able to find such a product direct from Bitdefender, another big plus. Finally, the price is better than the discounted prices that Bitdefender were prepared to offer me if I bought direct from them.
A great service was provided, with the download available pretty well as soon as I made the purchase. I'd have no qualms about buying from Blitzhandel24 again.

I made a purchase, and the email instructed me to download my product. However, I had actually paid for a physical scanner! When I contacted them, they told me to ignore the email. Oh boy. I waited for a week, but they didn’t provide any tracking information until I followed up with them. The product got stuck at customs, and Parcel Force informed me that only the sender could resolve the situation. However, Blitzhandel responded differently, insisting that I needed to find a solution with Parcel Force. Their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. Eventually, the product was returned to them, and they refused to offer a full refund. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I received a complete refund. My advice: Stay away!

Paperport download
I received my copy of the software to download Paperport onto my computer. I would have liked an instruction regarding which file to use to execute the program, as I made an error when trying do so. However, when I emailed Blitzhandel24, I received an immediate response offering assistance and I was then able to complete my download successfully.

(Software download) Quick and reasonably easy
I ordered software that I was expecting to download and that was exactly what I got. An initial problem turned out to be a Microsoft issue (W10's app remover does not remove all the entries) and therefore I did not need Blitzhandel's technical assistance, but it was reassuring to know their response was very quick when I reported my problem.

It's a pity you dont give refunds on disital down loaded sofware like other do you reasons seen to suggest cutomers cant be trusted .but when pay for somthing and its not for the hype on what programs can do is not transperant and one doenst know that what you bought it for is not offered .when actualy trying to use the program .

A tricky situation with lots of support needed. Very good and willing telephone support
Email support was forthcoming too, but understandingly not as instant as the telephone support. Hopefully I will be able to use my software soon, after a pending element of support from Cyberlink

Problem with order charged via Amazonpay. Mistake made on payment card thus payment not fulfilled. When trying to to correct to right charge card, blitzhandel 24 absolutely useless! Despite protracted conversation with agent Rivera. She failed to understand problem.

Prompt delivery of a difficult to find item
They got the download and backup to me quickly. However the product clearly doesn't work on the latest Apple Mac OS, though it does work on earlier versions. When I tried to raise the issue I found the site was in German with no English translation available.

Prices good, Good download service in the past. This time the Office activation key supplied did not work first time ("used before") and I had to use MS telephone Activation service which involves keying in a total of 90(!) digits before it was accepted.

I like the fact that you can choose a relatively cheap product such as Microsoft Word 2010 or if you want to spend a little more you can get Microsoft Word 2013 - and many other options. Download is immediate and the licensing is genuine.

Easy website and great price
Easy to obtain product even though the initial one provided was not for the correct region so it would not work. Email was sent to the company and it was resolved within 24 hours which is excellent in this day and age.
