I had a really great experience with the customer service. It was my first time using Desenio, and I didn’t realise my order would be split into 2 deliveries, so when the first part came I wrongly assumed some items were missing. I got through to a very pleasant lady within 2 minutes of calling. She kindly informed me when the second part of my order would be delivered and even sent a follow up email with tracking. Although I originally thought it was a little on the expensive side, the quality of the pictures are beautiful and I am planning on ordering again soon.
I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(
Still waiting for my refund… terrible customer service
My order hasn’t arrived and when I contacted Descenio, customer services emailed to say that as I didn’t collect the order it’s been returned and I won’t get a refund… even though the EVRI tracking clearly states it never went out for delivery!! It was only one small print so would fit through my letterbox anyway… not impressed at all as I’m still waiting for a reply and communication is extremely slow. I’ve used them before with no issues but won’t be using them again!

Haven’t received my order and it’s been weeks. No contact from customer services and I have made contact about 4 times myself and nobody is replying to me. No refund or anything and I’ve spent quite some money. First time ordering here and won’t do so again such a let down and disappointing. Will keep contacting until someone finally has the decency to reply!

Still have not received - Evri tracking for 8th Oct said - We're sorry, we were unable to deliver your parcel today. We're working to get it on its way and We'll update your tracking once it's out for delivery
Then said - Your parcel is on its way back to the sender.
I have no idea what is going on with it.

Ordered prints for my daughter, they delivered to a parcel shop, went to collect and my package, made to rummage through mail sacks, parcel was not there. The man was rude and unhelpful and now I’m being charged by Desinio as I didn’t collect my order!! Will NEVER use them again. Avoid!!!

Improve customer service. Only part of the order has been delivered, despite payment having been taken. Customer service has bee contacted and despite saying that a response will be received within 24 - 48 hours, it is now 4 days later and no progress has been made

Artwork was stolen from the end of our drive when delivered overnight and am yet to hear back from Desenio about a refund or resending the items, despite multiple attempts to contact them. First and last time I’ll use Desenio.

Prints came bent
Prints didn’t travel well, were delivered bent and with a fold in the middle that can’t be smoothed out by a frame.
Waste of money for the low quality- should have self printed out onto card at home.

Prints arrived all creased and damaged in a cardboard sleeve, no plastic protection inside the envelope as they were left outside to get damp. Delivery was also late.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the individual screen settings of buyers, which may result in slight color differences. We print our posters on 200 g/m² uncoated premium paper because it allows for better print quality and behaves better behind a frame.
